The North Face is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences during peak seasons. This part-time or limited-time position supports sales, visual merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers with energy and product knowledge, help meet sales goals, and maintain brand presentation standards while adhering to policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Proficiency with basic retail software and POS systems.
