Patagonia in Nashville, TN is seeking a Customer Experience Guide for a seasonal, in-person role in our Retail team. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and connect customers with our mission to save our home planet.

The position includes answering phones, assisting events, inventory flow, and maintaining store presentation. Role tracks to the Retail Store General Manager and offers a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service by centering the customer in everything you do.
• Support front of house and back of house operations and inventory flow.
• Process shipments, support in-store inventory and restock the sales floor.
• Maintain visual store standards and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with events, repairs, and store safety and security measures.
