HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized. You may work across areas as needed to support the business and uphold loss prevention standards.

You will model strong customer service, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain merchandising, pricing, and store safety. This is a fulltime, on-site role at our Milford, MA location with competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and accepts feedback.
