The role may involve cross-training across store areas to support business needs, maintain a clean, organized environment, and assist with merchandising and loss-prevention efforts. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and possess strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow operating procedures.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness.
