Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator in Studio City for a 3-month seasonal contract. The role centers on delivering world-class guest experiences, providing product education, and authentically sharing the culture of our community.

The Educator will work with store colleagues to ensure smooth operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain a premium, safe store environment. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and educate guests about products.
• Engage with team members to support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for a luxury environment.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and applicable laws.
