Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Educator at The Promenade at Westlake to deliver a world‑class guest experience and expert product education. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions while representing our community and culture.

The Educator will work across guest experience, team collaboration, and store operations, keeping the luxury environment pristine and safe. Abilities to lift up to 30 lbs and thrive in a busy, music‑driven setting are required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience and product education
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and offer customized solutions
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and maintain store needs
• Perform in-store operations including restocking and merchandising
• Collaborate with team to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Maintain safety and cleanliness according to policies
