Job summary

lululemon in California is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in our retail environment. You will engage guests, assess needs, and guide them with authentic community-focused service.

You will move dynamically on the floor, collaborate with teammates, and uphold our luxury store standards while supporting omnichannel programs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address it.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed per standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and follow safety policies.
