Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Monaca, PA is seeking part-time seasonal associates to assist customers, process transactions, and help with stocking and storefront presentation. Team members will support store operations, including truck unloading, shelf replenishment, and basic framing-related tasks when needed.

Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and be comfortable standing for long periods, with a positive attitude and ability to engage shoppers about our rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with operating cash register and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient service at checkout and help customers find products.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance according to planograms.
• Assist with omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS where required.
• Participate in store recovery, pricing, and inventory processes.
• Support safety, SOPs, and company policies at all times.
