Job summary

Michaels Stores in Marysville, WA is hiring for a Store Associate role focused on delivering friendly customer service and efficient checkout. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards and credit options, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

You’ll also participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery to keep the floor in-stock and well-presented. The role emphasizes customer engagement, cash handling standards, and cross-training in framing

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandising standards
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
