Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer-centric with ownership mindset.
• Integrity and trust in all interactions.
• Excellent communicator and listener.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service into each area of interaction from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone courteously with store greetings and order handling.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards and keep the floor customer-ready.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as directed.
