Michaels Stores is hiring at our Brick, NJ store for a customer-focused team member. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.

The role includes participating in truck unload, stocking, and POS duties, with opportunities to engage in omnichannel activities like BOPIS and SFS. You will be cross-trained in framing sales and production, with a strong emphasis on customer service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery to ensure well-merchandised and in-stock conditions.
