Job summary

Michaels is seeking a seasonal part-time Store Associate in Canton, MI. You will help customers find products, provide fast checkout, and participate in truck unloading and stocking tasks to keep shelves full and appealing.

You’ll also engage shoppers with the Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS as needed. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient checkout experience.
• Assist customers with finding products and solutions.
• Engage customers in rewards and private label programs and enroll them as needed.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store recovery, inventory accuracy, and shelving standards.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Cross trained in framing sales and production.
