Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to ensure a clean, well-stocked store and a positive customer experience.

This seasonal/temporary position provides staffing support during busy periods. It does not guarantee ongoing employment, but may lead to regular part-time or full-time opportunities as

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned with accurate transactions.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise in designated areas.
• Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
