Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across the store, including the sales floor and stockroom.

This temporary role does not guarantee ongoing employment, but seasonal team members may apply for regular part-time or full-time positions as opportunities arise. A fast-paced retail environment and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Works across the sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas to keep areas organized and stocked.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise according to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Supports shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Completes tasks within established timeframes and supports store goals.
• Performs other duties as needed based on business needs.
