Job summary

At Home Group Inc. seeks a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods, assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks, and customer service in a multi-area retail environment.

You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers. Employment is seasonal/temporary with potential for regular part-time or full-time opportunities if available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Stocking, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Supports inventory accuracy, store recovery, and safety initiatives.
• Perform duties across multiple areas of the store as needed.
