Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods, assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks, and customer service across sales floor, stockroom, receiving, and front-end areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked store and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.

Note: this is a seasonal/temporary position with no guarantee of ongoing employment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
Strong verbal, written and comprehension skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to follow standards and processes.
Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Supports store operations across merchandising, freight, front-end operations and customer service.
Works across sales floor, front end, stockroom and receiving areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked environment.
Performs cashier and front-end duties and ensures transactions are accurate and efficient.
Processes freight, stocks, replenishes merchandise and follows merchandising guidelines.
Performs store recovery, conditioning and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety and loss prevention initiatives.
Performs all other duties as assigned based on business needs.
