Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods.

You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-stocked, clean store and deliver a positive customer experience. Note: This is a seasonal/temporary role with potential to apply for regular positions as opportunities arise; employment is temporary in nature and not a guarantee of ongoing

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail in merchandising and stocking.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and selected holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations and customer service.
• Support store operations across sales floor, stockroom and receiving areas.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned.
• Process freight, stock, and replenish merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize areas; support safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Complete tasks within established timeframes and adapt to pace of peak season.
