Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Pay range provided: $16.90–$19.70 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain shelf planograms.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep in-stock conditions.
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; represent Michaels positively.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
