Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in West Hartford to support peak sales cycles with exceptional guest experiences and product knowledge. You will drive sales, nurture loyalty, and collaborate with a high-performing team to meet store goals.

Expect part-time, non-exempt hours (up to 20 per week) during the holiday period, with the chance to earn performance incentives. You will move throughout the store, assist with shipments, and promote the ALO lifestyle on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Impact store outcomes by supporting leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO Flow initiatives and product knowledge.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily and analyze reports with leadership to identify opportunities.
• Ensure floor coverage and implement selling initiatives to optimize productivity.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture, and protect daily schedules with leadership.
