Michaels in Lancaster, CA is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the floor well-merchandised to support store expectations.

The role involves assisting with BOPIS/SFS, rewards enrollments, and following SOPs while maintaining safety standards. Benefits and employee discounts are offered.

Competenze

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to complete cash handling to standards.
• Willingness to learn Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Compliance with SOPs and safety programs.

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back processes
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Interact respectfully; promote company vision and values; be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
