You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and process transactions while supporting merchandising and cleanliness throughout the store. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, effective communication, and teamwork to create memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service.
• Layer personalized service throughout greeting, fitting room, and register interactions.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service processes.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns and inquiries.
• Answer phones courteously and assist with directions and orders.
• Receive, process, and replenish merchandise; keep sales floor stocked and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap area.
