Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate at our Glendale store (Arrowhead Towne Center). You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience, helping customers shop across online and physical stores with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

The role requires retail experience, great interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and activities.
• Ability to engage customers and colleagues effectively.
• Able to work with large teams and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Provide a best-in-class store experience using our tech to link online and in-store shopping.
• Help with store events, promotions, and community projects to boost engagement.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Keep merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to purchases.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with inventory as needed.
