Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a driven Seasonal Store Associate for our Glendale, AZ location. You will work with the Store Manager and team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience, guiding customers through product knowledge and engagement both in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, executing merchandising standards, supporting events, and helping meet sales goals while maintaining safety and store operations. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class store experiences for customers.
• Explain fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to aid the purchase journey.
• Offer feedback to improve store performance and operations.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Uphold safety and security standards in the store.
• Assist with stock unpacking and handling 10-30 lb boxes as needed.
