Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS transactions and handle floor replenishment and shipments.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program details to customers and minimize store loss.
