Job summary

Michaels in Largo, FL is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, manage checkout duties, and support store operations. This part-time position requires standing for long periods and a willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

You will help customers locate products, promote the Rewards program and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
