Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Del Amo Mall location in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class shopping experience and helping customers connect online and in-store journeys.

You will work with a Store Manager and team to meet sales goals while promoting Fabletics products and maintaining merchandising standards. Requirements include at least 1 year of retail experience and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running, etc.) desired.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge (fabrics, features, fit, function).
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Maintain store merchandising and communicate inventory/training needs to the Store Manager.
