Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance while operating a cash register.
• Accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards with courtesy and speed.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment.
