Job summary

The Michaels Stores division of The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for store operations in Yorba Linda, CA. You will assist customers, process checkouts, and drive a positive shopping experience across merchandise and services.

Responsibilities include helping customers find products, enrolling them in Rewards, and supporting store recovery activities to maintain stock and presentation. Occasional evening/weekend shifts and physical activity are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, unloads, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and recover store conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
