Job summary

Michaels TOPEKA, KS is hiring for a Store Team Member focused on delivering friendly customer service and helping visitors find products in a fast-paced retail setting. • Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and execute store recovery per SOPs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
