Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards, private label credit cards, and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planograms (POGs)
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise quality
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
