Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Roanoke store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, locate products, and enroll them in rewards programs while maintaining strong cash handling standards at checkout.

Key duties include supporting omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), stocking and planograms, and maintaining in-stock conditions. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and offers competitive base pay with

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Ensure store recovery and in-stock conditions; manage returns and go-backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
