Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Team Member at the Jensen Beach store. You will help customers shop, provide friendly checkout experiences, and assist with unloading trucks and stocking shelves.

The role supports omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, and you may participate in frame shop activities as needed. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash transactions to standard.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
