Job summary

Michaels in Mattoon, IL is seeking team members to help customers locate products, assist with purchases, and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. You will work across truck unloading, stocking, planograms, BOPIS/SFS, and in-store recovery to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role requires standing for long periods and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Assist customers in locating products and solutions.
• Handle fast and friendly checkout with standard cash handling.
• Engage customers with Rewards program enrollment.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery.
