Job summary

Michaels in Lutz, FL is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in locating products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Familiarity with BOPIS/SFS and store operations helps.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollments in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Keep store replenished and well-merchandised; complete returns/go backs.
