Job summary

Michaels Stores in Tulsa, OK is seeking a team member to help customers, keep the store well-stocked, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with BOPIS/SFS, unload trucks, stock, and support store recovery while upholding SOPs and safety programs.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and you will work in a fast-paced environment requiring standing for long periods and teamwork.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including return/go back processes and overall store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain compliant store operations
• Interact with others in a positive, respectful manner; uphold the company vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
