Job summary

Michaels Tulsa-W 71st St is seeking open availabilities for seasonal store roles. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions, while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience and handling cash to standard.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store. The position offers $11.00 per hour with opportunities to participate in rewards programs and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with rewards and private label card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planograms (POGs)
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store and recover merchandise
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs
