Job summary

Michaels in Norman, OK is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to help customers find products, answer questions, and ensure a smooth checkout. You will also assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining the store's organized, in-stock appearance.

Role includes promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, educating customers on the VOC survey, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. A friendly, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and basic math for checkout.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock store and handle returns as needed.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; deliver a positive store image.
