Job summary

Michaels Stores in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a friendly team member to deliver customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store. You will help customers locate products and ensure a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You will engage customers in the Rewards program, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and participate in stocking and planogram duties to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain stock and recovery, including returns, to keep shelves in-stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies and promote a positive image.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
