Michaels Stores - Store Associate (Garner, NC) is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will help customers locate products, participate in omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and support stocking and planogram duties to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
