Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cashier duties.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Support store recovery, returns, and in-stock maintenance.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
