Job summary

Michaels Store position at CHLT-PARK ROAD, NC seeks team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products, ensuring a fast checkout experience, and engaging with the Rewards program.

The role includes truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining well-merchandised, in-stock shelves. You will support SFS/BOPIS and follow SOPs, with evening and weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock merchandising; complete merchandise returns/go-back.
