Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Augusta is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to support customers, handle checkout, and assist with stocking and store maintenance. This part-time role requires standing for long periods and flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.

You will help customers find products, explain store services like the Rewards program, and participate in omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram (POG) upkeep.
• Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, loss prevention, and safety programs.
