Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
• Regular lifting of heavy boxes and reaching high shelves
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Adherence to SOPs and company policies

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery
• Support in-store shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
