BOTANICALS – Sandy in Sandy, Utah is seeking a dependable Seasonal Retail Sales & Lot Technician to join our team. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience while keeping the showroom and outdoor lot looking their best.

The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, organized, and ready to contribute to a hardworking team. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and an interest in plants or home décor is a plus.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on retail environment, appreciates beautiful plants and pottery, and takes pride in keeping things organized and looking their best.

What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly alike! You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while keeping our indoor showroom and outdoor lot looking their best.

• Assist Customers: Answer questions, help customers find the right products, and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Maintain the Showroom & Lot: Keep displays, sales areas, and outdoor spaces clean, organized, and inviting.
• Restock & Merchandise: Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and help showcase our plants, pottery, and outdoor décor.
• Support Inventory: Assist with receiving, organizing, and tracking merchandise.
• Handle Products with Care: Help move, arrange, and maintain plants, pottery, and other merchandise.
• Work as a Team: Pitch in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, organized, and ready to contribute to a hardworking team.

• At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with hands‑on work, including lifting, moving merchandise, and spending time on your feet.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
• An interest in plants, pottery, home décor, or outdoor living is a plus.
• A dependable team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

This is a seasonal position. We’re looking for someone who can help us during our busy season and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our Sandy location.
