• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Proof of Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned stores.
• Clean DMV driving record.
• Proficiency with mobile apps for clocking in/out and task completion.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers from delivery racks.
• Maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.
• Work and communicate cooperatively with coworkers, vendors and retail associates.
• Remove and dispose of non-sellable plants.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and store resets.
• Build displays and participate in events while following safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and safe and use pallet jacks, pruners, ladders, etc.
• Adhere to schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure delivery racks are ready for pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers from our delivery racks.
• Help maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.
