Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Monterey, California. This role supports the Store Manager with staffing, setup, and merchandising, ensuring great Guest Services and driving sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate must be 18+, have prior retail management experience, and be prepared for physical demands like standing for long periods, climbing, and lifting items. Flexibility in schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
