Spirit Halloween in California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager helps ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services and developing staff.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. 18+ age is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist with day-to-day operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, maintain Guest Services standards and inventory control.
• Monitor expenses, shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies.
