Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Greenville Mall to support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, oversee daily photo operations, and drive sales and guest service excellence during peak holiday periods.

You will help train and motivate staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a magical Santa visit and memorable photo experiences for families. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
