Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Philadelphia Premium Outlets. You will aid the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for Santa visits and photo sessions.

The role emphasizes developing leadership skills, coordinating scheduling, training, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment during peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales environment.
• Willingness to attend pre-season training and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including staffing and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce management policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management as needed.
• Support inventory, scheduling and administrative tasks for the Local Manager.
