Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at SouthPark to support a high-energy team delivering memorable holiday photos and guest experiences. You will help lead daily operations, motivate seasonal staff, and ensure smooth opening-day setup, inventory, and guest service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, ability to lift 10–25 pounds, stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a great guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
